Nabil Helou

Managing Director

Nabil is the Co-Founder, Shareholder and Managing Partner of Amana Pipeline Construction. Nabil has over 18 years of experience in the construction of industrial mechanical projects specializing in aviation hydrant refueling systems and storage systems and district cooling systems. He holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kings College of London and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Strathclyde. Strengths lie in holistic perspectives, leadership, business development, communication and motivation.

Jad Saad

Vice President - Human Resources

Jad is the Vice President of Human Resources at Amana Contracting Group Limited and Amana Pipeline Construction. He has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. Jad holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from the American University of Technology and a Global MBA from Manchester Business School.

Mohammad Sharan

Finance Manager

Mohammad H. Sharan is the Head of the Finance Department. He joined Amana Pipeline Construction in 2011. He is a member of the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants, New Hampshire Board of Accountancy, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the state of New Hampshire, USA. Also he is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA), USA. He obtained his MBA Degree from Amman University, Jordan. Mohammad brings to the Company over 14 years of extensive and diversified experience in all aspects of accounting, financial planning and financial management.

Selby Chacko

HR & Administration Manager

Selby is the HR & Administration Manager at Amana Pipeline Construction. Selby has over 10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Amana in 2009, he was with Al Shirawi Group of Companies. Selby holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.

Raymond Dirani

Engineering Manager

Raymond joined Amana Pipelines in 2008. He graduated in 2001 from the Lebanese University in Lebanon with a bachelor degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structures. Raymond is proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with solid managerial and leadership skills and extensive experience in designing, estimating and troubleshooting. Throughout his tenure at Amana Pipelines, Raymond played pivotal roles in completing the engineering of multiple fuel farms and fuel hydrant projects. He currently assumes the role of Engineering Manager within the company.

Philip Mathew

QHSE Manager

Philip Mathew is Amana Pipeline Construction’s QHSE Manager. Philip joined the management team in 2007 as Senior QA/QC Engineer and was promoted to Head of Quality and HSE department in 2016 based on his extensive knowledge and his successful track records in this domain. He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas, and, aviation industries and has worked with prominent companies across India, Qatar, and the UAE. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, and holds Lead Auditor Training certificates for the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.

Morhaf Al Nabulsi

Operations Manager

Morhaf is the Operations Manager and has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined the company in 2007 having previously worked with Parsons Infrastructure Technology, Bechtel International Systems Inc, CCC – Morganti Group Inc, and Lahmeyer International & Sigma Consultant Engineering Co. Morhaf holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI USA.
