Founder of Amana Pipeline Construction and CEO & Founder of Amana Contracting and Steel Building. Chebel has over 30 years of experience in the design and construction of industrial projects. Prior to founding Amana in 1993, Chebel worked for Kirby Building Systems, Kuwait, Zamil Steel Buildings - Saudi Arabia, and Sahara Building Construction -“ Saudi Arabia. He holds an honors degree in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management from The University of Nottingham, UK.

Riad is the Chief Operating Officer. He joined Amana in 1999. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) in 1991 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in 2001, Riad re-joined Amana Dubai after serving as the Deputy General Manager of Amana Abu Dhabi. Riad also worked with Corning Inc. (Massachusetts, USA) as Marketing Manager and with Schlumberger Oilfield Services for seven years in various managerial positions throughout the Gulf.

Nabil is the Co-Founder, Shareholder and Managing Director of Amana Pipeline Construction. Nabil has over 15 years of experience in the construction of industrial mechanical projects specializing in aviation hydrant refueling systems and storage systems and district cooling systems. He holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kings College of London and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Strathclyde. Strengths lie in holistic perspectives, leadership, business development, communication and motivation.

Armand joined Amana in 2008 as Group HR Director. He is a Canadian citizen and has over 40 years of international experience in HR. He graduated in 1964 from Université de Montreal with a Bachelor of Arts. He attended various Management Development Programs with IMD, London Business School and Harvard. Armand has experience in many different industries, including insurance, chemicals, academic, banking and manufacturing across a number of countries including Canada, the US, Guinea, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Amana, he worked 14 years for Dubai Aluminum (DUBAL), as General Manager HR and Continuous Improvement.

Tony is the Chief Information Officer. He joined Amana in 2009 and prior to his appointment with the Group he worked for MMI in Dubai. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in accounting and information technology roles. He has considerable experience in the Gulf having moved to Bahrain in 1992. He worked for Ministry of Electricity & Water and for Banoco/Bapco in Bahrain before coming to Dubai in 2006 to join MMI. His experience has included implementing Oracle and Microsoft AX ERP systems as well as a multitude of other improvements in deployment of management information. Tony has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand since 1990.

Ghassan M. Jaber is the Chief Financial Officer of Amana Group. Ghassan brings with him over 27 years of international experience in Accounting, Auditing, Finance and Consulting, including the last thirteen years in the Middle East. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche Beirut Office, Lebanon, in 1983 after graduating from the American University of Lebanon. In 1987, Ghassan transferred to Deloitte & Touche Chicago Office, USA. Over the next 14 years, Ghassan directed large and medium size audit and consulting engagements. In 1993, Ghassan established the Deloitte & Touche School Based Health Services, a division of Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, and a new service line in Health Management. In 2000, Ghassan joined Deloitte & Touche Dubai Office as an Audit Partner until August 2007, when he moved to Sama Dubai LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai Holding, as its Chief Financial Officer. Ghassan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California and Illinois CPA Societies.
